Shipping duration of product may differ on the nature of product and
categories. Product from Ready to Ship category will be at your door 35-40
working days.
In other cases the exact door time will be estimated 60 days. Order from
other location (excluding U.S.A, Europe, Australia) can be treated on the
shipping company's time. We will personally inform on every order processed after
drop ship. We endeavor to process our order delivery with personal efforts. |

Return Policy |
|
Product sold once will not be taken back in the case
of non liking or size difference. You will be responsible for the exact
order placement. We deliver what we show on our website. Any wood quality
problem must be reported to us within six month of purchase date.
Compensation & Adjustment will be done on our trade policy. In case the
shipped product is different from the image shown on the website must be
reported within 7 days with the image of product from your side. |

Shipping Documents |
|
Invoice : The Invoice
contains the prices of each single piece and the total value of the good's
purchased. Import taxes, VAT, etc. are calculated according to such figures.
It is mandatory and the cost is included in the Shipping expenses.
Packing list : The Packing List contains the complete list of all the
pieces shipped, the total number of pieces and the total number of cartons
(or cases) plus the volume measures (in cubic meters). The totals must
coincide with the ones printed on the Bill of Lading and the Invoice. It is
mandatory and the cost is included in the Shipping expenses.
Bill of lading : The Bill of Lading is the most important document :
without this the shipment cannot be claimed. It contains important data such
as: shipment's number; bill of lading's number; etc. It is mandatory and the
cost is included in the Shipping expenses.
G.S.P : It is mandatory, cost is included in item prices, it is a
confirmation form Indian Authorities that item shipped is true and correct
as per the invoice description.
Insurance : It is not mandatory; cost depends on the kind of
insurance requested and is calculated according to the goods' total value as
printed on the Invoice. We Suggest must to do insurance for the shipment as
any break down in transportation can be claimed.
Fumigation : The Fumigation/Disinfection Certificate certify that the
goods contained inside the shipment have been fumigated/disinfected against
insects, fungi or any other kind of parasite that could be carried within
the wooden material. In some countries is not mandatory; costs are different
depending on the quantity of goods to be disinfected and are not included in
Shipping expenses (Special Fumigation will be treated as extra charges). |

Transportation |

Product will be shipped by water transportation.
In case of urgency we can ship the product via international courier or Air
