Welcome to the E-Shop Regal Terms and Condition agreement. These Terms and Conditions apply for using our website www.eshopregal.com (hereafter referred to as "the website"). It is suppose to be agreeing to accept and be bound by these terms and conditions by accessing the website and/or placing an order to us for purchase of furniture and other household products. Regardless you are registered user or not, it is assumed to accept all the terms and condition by you once you visited website.
NOTE: This document constitutes an "electronic record" under the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

You can place order from our site only if you are eligible to enter into an agreement and competence to Indian contract act, 1872, if you are under 18 and interesting in our products you can purchase by placing order through your legal guardian or parents. E-Shop Regal has reserve the right to terminate your order without assigning any reasons.

The product specific shown in pictures on website can be little different from actual finished product as picture have flash and camera effect.

The size shown of any product on website will be same which we will send to you. We will not be liable if size (displayed on website) doesn’t suits your requirement at the time of delivery of your order.  For any specific size you must tell us about that on placing the order. All orders which are changed from the original product on display (design, hardware or Size) should be placed through our customization link.

For our customer convenience we package in such a way that it stops the damage during transition and it includes various steps like:

First we cover the product with Plain Paper on top surface With Foam. Then we put a rap of corrugation  paper, then cover it with bubble plastic  and then finalize the packing with strong layer of tape and then we put this is ready made Hard paper Box. For tighten it we cover it strong Plastic strip.

70% deposit of order price is required to initiate all orders, balance due prior to dispatch. We recommend all payments to be done by credit, debit card or through RTGS.  Below is our bank detail:

Our general delivery time is 14-20 working days, in case of custom order or if we do not have that stock we will inform you through emails. All dispatches are planned according to delivery date confirmed to you through email or according to our latest decided instructions on email. In Case you need to change the delivery address or delay the delivery you have to inform us before 7 days of the discussed delivery time, as all our shipments are dispatched 5days remaining in delivery date.

All Courier charges will be beard by website until and unless we have mentioned any charge together with product.
We always work with best courier companies for customer’s easiness. You can also choose your own courier co. terms can be discussed.
All goods are 100% insured and in case of any transport damages you can always raise a claim.

When good reached to you, you should carry out a visual inspection of the furniture before signing to declare that you have received your goods in good condition. If any damages you notice, you have to mention on the signing note with courier company. Also you have to inform us in 3 days of delivered date otherwise we will treat as a goods delivered in good faith.
If we do not receive any information from your side within 3 days from delivery decided after dispatch, then we assume that goods have been delivered in good faith.
At E-Shop Regal we make every effort to provide deliveries on the discussed date by us, Once we have informed the delay in dispatch & delivery we will not be liable for any claim. 

Note: No customized order will be cancelled at any stage. And customized size of product provided by you may be varying up to 10-15 %. If you provide Snap of any furniture for customized then we will make it and if you provide sketch of your imagination than the real would be differ from it and we are not liable to take it back.

In case you need to cancel the order, you have to inform us within 3 days from finalization of order & we will refund you 100% of your payment. In case you decide to cancel the order later onwards (up to 15 days from order) we will deduct 50% of order price and refund the rest of amount. Order could not be cancelled thereafter. 
Note: Order cannot be cancelled once it is dispatched from our premises, even if it is same day of order. We will inform you the dispatch date soon after you confirm us the order.
